By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Definitions
- Services — Minecraft, FiveM, and game server hosting, Discord bot hosting, Lavalink hosting, and related infrastructure, tooling, and support we provide.
- Account — the registered profile through which you access and manage the Services.
- Content — any data, files, or software you upload or run on the Services.
- Billing Cycle — the recurring period (monthly or yearly) for which a plan is charged.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a legally binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your Account. 3. The Services
We provide managed hosting infrastructure. Plan specifications, resources, and inclusions are described on our Pricing page. We may improve, modify, or discontinue features from time to time; where a change is material and adverse, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to host, transmit, or facilitate:
- Any activity that is illegal under applicable law, or that infringes third-party rights.
- Malware, phishing, spam, botnets, or denial-of-service tooling.
- Content that is defamatory, abusive, or that exploits minors.
- Attempts to breach, probe, or overload our infrastructure or that of others.
- Cryptocurrency mining or resource abuse that materially degrades shared infrastructure.
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate Services for conduct we reasonably believe breaches this section.
5. Fees, Billing & Payments
- Prices are displayed on the Pricing page and are billed per Billing Cycle in advance.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay and other authorised payment partners. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
- Unless you cancel before the renewal date, plans renew automatically for a further Billing Cycle at the then-current rate, using your saved payment method.
- Applicable taxes (including GST, where relevant) may be added at checkout.
- Failed or reversed payments may result in suspension until the balance is cleared.
6. Refunds & Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your Account or by contacting us. Refund eligibility, timelines, and exclusions are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Availability & Support
We target high availability and provide 24/7 — engineers on call, every day of the year. While we engineer for resilience, no hosting service can guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, and factors outside our reasonable control may affect availability.
8. Your Responsibilities & Data
- You are responsible for the legality and licensing of Content you host.
- You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. While we provide automated backups on eligible plans, you should not rely on them as your sole copy.
- You must keep server software you control reasonably updated and secure.
9. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate the Services (in whole or part) for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or where required by law. You may terminate at any time. On termination, your right to use the Services ends and Content may be deleted after a reasonable retention window; export your data beforehand.
10. Intellectual Property
The Quantum Host name, brand, control panel, and site are our intellectual property. You retain all rights to your Content and grant us only the limited licence needed to host and operate it on your behalf.
11. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profit, or goodwill.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your Content, your use of the Services, or your breach of these Terms.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at ‹CITY›, ‹STATE› shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue amicably.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
